O apartamento é bem confortável e amplo, tem bons eletrodomésticos e um bom chuveiro a gás, porém o barulho de obra logo cedo atrapalha quem está de férias e quer dormir até mais tarde. Dois ares-condicionados estavam com problema, sobre um deles já nos foi informado no momento do check in que estava com problemas, o outro deu problema durante a primeira noite. A proprietária providenciou a troca dos aparelhos, mas tivemos que dormir sem ar em dois quartos por duas noites. Diante do incômodo, solicitei um abatimento no valor pago, mas a proprietária alegou que teria providenciado a troca o mais breve possível e não poderia dar abatimento. Não achei essa postura justa, pois aluguei um apartamento com ar condicionado em todos os quartos, o que para mim, que durmo 365 dias por ano com ar ligado, é um critério eliminatório na escolha de imóvel de aluguel, jamais alugaria imóvel sem ar condicionado nos quartos. Portanto, foi desconfortável ter que dormir sem ar e, apesar de entender que problemas acontecem, acho que meu transtorno poderia ter sido compensado de alguma forma. Fazendo uma analogia do ocorrido no aluguel com o previsto no Código de Defesa do Consumidor para prestação de serviços, quando o serviço é prestado de forma defeituosa ou diferente da contratada, o consumidor tem direito à reparação, no caso um abatimento no preço. ##### Isabela S. El lugar es increíble y todos los espacios son cómodos, limpios acogedores. Buena ubicación con supermercados cerca. Tuvimos algunos inconvenientes minimos que fueron solucionados rápidamente por Nadia y su esposo quienes estuvieron todo el tiempo en comunicación. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones en familia: vasos, platos, vajilla, lavarropa, sillas de playa y sombrilla. Lo único que falta actualizar es una foto de la vista de la terraza, ya que como se está construyendo al lado un edificio de departamentos, se perdió la hermosa vista al mar que tenia. Todas as janela são anti ruído o que torna as noites de descanso muito mais agradáveis, ainda mais na altíssima temporada. saímos de lá querendo morar lá!! Realmente vale muito a pena! Além disso para o pacote ficar completo a Nádia é uma pessoa incrível, muito cuidadosa com os hóspedes dela, ela deixa o apartamento impecável.
