"Lovely home in quiet area with lots of activity for the family owner is wonderful to work with and very accommodating on anything you need. Owner is very polite and makes sure your stay is going well Home could not be any nicer or cleaner and for the accommodations is very reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone this is my second stay here and will stay again."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the 55+ Anthem Merrill Ranch community. The location was very accessible to walking, biking, the Union Center, and within driving distance to the Anthem Grille restaurant and Safeway grocery store. The weather was ideal during the month of February and early March and we especially enjoyed relaxing in the private fenced backyard area. We would definitely stay here again."
