« I stayed for 2 weeks and whenever I booked my third week.The hotel confirmed, but then told me your breakfast.They simply did not have the room at all which was a lie because I had been in the type of room for 2 weeks... I ended up having to call Expedia and only having an hour to move my things and Jimmy forever to find a new hotel because of the holiday and then when Expedia tried to call the hotel, they wouldn't answer their call, even though they called several times also while I was there,...

« The staff members were helpful and friendly. However the vent in the bathroom didn’t work so the room filled with steam and made the whole room humid. The ac hardly worked so the room was hot most of the time. There were mold spots under the sink and next to the bath tub. There were two spots on the walls that seemed to be splatter marks from squished bugs. I grabbed sodas from the downstairs convenience area and they were all expired by a few months. »

« Hotel très bruyant car donne sur la rue et la porte et la fenêtre ne sont pas insonorisés. Système de chauffage/climatisation d’ancienne génération donc très bruyant. Petit déjeuner immonde. Pas de pain, toast, bagel, confiture… rien! Des œufs brouillés en poudre immangeables et des waffles. Gratuit, ou plutôt inclus dans le prix mais valeur égale à zéro. Ah, j’oubliais, la préposée au petit déjeuner ne parle pas anglais et ne comprend rien à rien. »
