"Property was poorly maintained and staff was inattentive. Dirty carpet, leaking toilet base, ripped chairs, damage from roof leak including large crack in the ceiling and stain in the carpet. The only positives are that there were no bedbugs (though there were gnats), the bed wasn't uncomfortable, and it was cheap."

"Parking was easy. Check in was easy. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Very quiet. Breakfast was nice, enough to get your day started well. Elevator was fast getting to our floor. Hallway could definitely use some new flooring. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again. "

"I booked 2 rooms with this hotel and spoke with a registration member. I was won over by the fact of a pool, and traveling with 3 children 4 and under, thats a deal breaker. The gentlemen messaged the hotel to make sure the pool was fully operational, and stated it was. When I arrived, the pool was closed and had been. I couldn't get a refund and had to stay where I didn't want too!"
