« We had booked at this hotel for more than 2 months and arrived at the hotel we learned that they no longer had any rooms because they were overbooked (we were 5 people). They transferred us to another hotel (only 1 room for 4 people) and we had to negotiate for 2 hours to get an extra bed... never again this hotel. In addition, we were not able to reach Expedia via a telephone number... we were very disappointed with our stay. »

« This property looks NOTHING like those very nice photos they show. It’s unkempt and actually dirty inside. The clerk was working behind bulletproof glass. The parking lot has numerous people hanging around. There are signs warning of human trafficking as you go in and also in the dingy lobby. Noticed the next morning there were a little bugs, crawling around the countertop and the top of the...

« Overpriced but quiet and nice bed. »

« The property was as advertised and met our needs for our trip. »

« Clean rooms, Diner down the block, family friendly, communication was prompt and clear »

Eh bien non, rendu au soir, on me...

« Our family enjoyed a relaxing weekend before R-day at West Point and it was perfect! A beautiful property and we hope to be back another time! »

« Extra $12 was charged at check in. Kitchent is empty/nothing: no plates, cups, spoon or anything. Who need such Kitchent. »
