"The night shift attendant was awesome! Great customer service and great conversation. The room, however, was disgusting. The entire room smelled like cigarettes and the walls and floors were dirty. The sink clogged every time we ran the water. The room we booked was supposed to have a king size bed—ours had two queen. Very disappointed in the cleanliness, but very happy with the customer service. "

"Suite is cleaned plus stocked with everything you need down to the dishes. They provide pots and pans along with dishwasher items. If you guys don’t book your missing out!. It’s very clean you won’t be disappointed at all… and it’s very quiet so quiet I was looking for other people to even say good morning to lol. Book with them you’re going to love it. 10 stars⭐️⭐️"

"AVOID!!! This place is disgusting. Stains and heavy wear and tear throughout room. Half the outlets didn’t work, the room REAKED of smoke, and there was a rusty piece of metal just laying on the floor. The staff member who checked us in acted like we were an inconvenience and barely spoke to us except for short clipped sentences. When we came to complain about the smoke she just said “okay” and handed us this canister that resembled a flea bomb that sprayed citrus everywhere. It smelled awful. Our key cards didn’t work and we had to get new ones. The breakfast they served was pathetic. No hot food and my orange was rotten! So disappointing and nothing like the quality the pictures on the website showed. "

"Pool was out of order, from previous posts seems like this is a common occurrence. Room was HOT despite turning the air down, the room remained uncomfortably hot. Tiles on the floor were held together with masking tape. Happy hour and breakfast were a nice bonus but expected more for the price "
