« My one-night stay was comfortable; the room was clean and adequate. The morning breakfast was very good and the service excellent. The only downside was because of some refurbishing projects the restaurant was closed, no hot tub and the pool was not functioning. Great view across the river. »

« We were just there as an overnight. It was a comfortable, clean and enjoyable property. The only thing I have to say is while it has most everything you would need in the kitchen, there is no coffee maker. There is a machine in the lobby so I went down about 8 am and it would not work for me. SInce the front desk isn't open until 9 am I was out of luck for help. I went back after 9 am and told the nice young woman at the front desk that the machined didn't work. She said coffee is only...

« They were out of items like oatmeal by 8 for breakfast. The fan in the room did not stop all the time we were staying, even after we switched it off from the temperature control unit in the wall. »

« The Riverfront is an exceptional value. The rims are clean and spacious. We took the site, which was bigger than most 1br apartments, and included a huge soaking tub that is plenty big for two people. It had enough amenities that one could happily stay there for an extended period. It was pouring when we were there, so didn't get to use the pool, but it and the hot tub looked pleasant and clean. »

« While our room was super clean the hallways and elevator could have used a vacuum. Hot tub was out of order and looked to have been that way for a while. I wish guests could be made aware of that ahead of time. One front desk person was great! »

« They overbooked, I arrived 10pm at night to check in and there was a giant line. Two families were told to go to the pasco red lion since they had no rooms, one couple got a key and came back within 10min and said you gave us a key to a room that is already taken and a family was in the room when we went in. It was ridiculously overpriced for a crappy hotel. »
