"The house was very clean, the kitchen adequately stocked, the yard was pet secure, the layout of the house is great for a family (unless the children are very young), the proximity to the beach is fantastic, at times there was quite a bit of traffic noise because the house is located on a main access road to the beach. All in all we would stay there again. "

"Enjoyed our 1 night stay at the Seaside Holiday Resort Final Bay. The room had everything you would expect including milk and coffee. They are very clear in their communications that they don't make up beds (and charge a fee to do so), but that doesn't make it ok. It's unfortunate that this kind of cost cutting (along with extremely limited reception hours) is becoming common after Covid, and also feels unhygenic. I would be more likely to stay again if they offered full service, for this price it shouldn't feel like I'm a backpacker staying in a hostel."

"The property is conveniently located close to the beach and is a good size, quiet, comfortable, and well equipped for the whole family. The secure backyard was a great bonus for our pet, and the top deck was a lovely feature for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The kitchen was tidy and neatly arranged.Unfortunately, cleanliness in certain areas of the house was not up to our expectations. The bed sheets, pillows, pillowcases and mattress protector had an unpleasant smell and appeared not to have been changed, so we had to wash all the bedding ourselves. The living room window was also very dirty and required cleaning, and the BBQ was in poor condition, taking almost an hour to clean before it could be used. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."
