"The staff were friendly, and the service was fast and efficient, making our stay very comfortable. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to everything we needed. Our room was clean, and housekeeping did a great job maintaining it daily. One of the highlights was the lovely beach and swimming pool right in front of our private villa—it felt very relaxing and exclusive. The only downside was that the room didn’t include plates or utensils, which would have made the stay even more convenient. The food at the hotel was amazing, with a great menu that was both affordable and delicious. Breakfast was especially enjoyable, offering plenty of tasty options to start the day. The complimentary drinks on Thursday were a lovely touch, and I especially loved the Bahama Mama cocktail. Service throughout was excellent, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. A big thank you to the staff at First Landing for making our stay so memorable and wonderful. Their hospitality truly stood out, and we would definitely recommend this place to others. The security was also excellent—we felt completely safe leaving our belongings in the hotel and had real peace of mind throughout our stay."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Crowne plaza. Our room was well appointed and had everything we needed for a pleasant staff. There are multiple restaurant and cofee bars at the resort as well as multiple pools. Kids club on site daily was added bonus. Breakfast was lovely mox of local and western food. All areas were well maintained. Staff were very kind and attentive."

"Staff were excellent, very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and you didn’t have to wait for anything as they had multiple stations available. It’s one resort where you didn’t feel like everything was on ‘Fiji time’ as things got done quite quickly which was refreshing. Downsides for us was that room type which could accommodate 4, it had two double beds but we had a 6yr old and 3yr old in the bed and that was a disaster with the bed being so small and you couldn’t really push it up against a wall or anything. I’m not sure how two older kids would fit in there. Would be great if they had rooms with bunk beds like the Sofitel does as this is just so much easier for kids - I’m surprised they don’t considering how many families with kids are there. Kids club is kinda lacking considering how good the rest of the resort is. We stayed at the Sofitel as well and their kids club is a lot better and more organised with good games for the kids and just a better setup altogether. Overall super happy with our stay at the Sheraton though."

"Unfortunately they mucked up our breakfast, specifically asked for halaal options and one to also exclude egg and they served 3 serves ham and cheese sandwich and one veg cheese sandwich "

"The room was a King size, huge with balcony overlooking the lagoon. Clean and quiet room 8003 ground floor level. Lots of food selection for breakfast buffet included in price and choice of one lunch and dinner main. Bathroom with shower and lots of amenities but need more hooks to hang towels. And suitcase storage racks in the room. 2 Umbrellas in the wardrobe for rain/sun. So glad it was a/c as it was so humid. Unfortunately such a long wait for check-in at 3pm when the plane arrived at 545am after a midnight flight from L.A. thankfully was able to change in a public bathroom and enjoy included lunch, a delightful unexpected welcome cold drink and beautiful shell necklace. ALL Staff outstanding and so helpful and polite even the general manager came and had a chat with us at dinner. Thanks to Thomas, Mr. T for taking our picture on the swing! I got sunburnt laying under an umbrella in the pool area, was enjoying the breeze, don't think they are UV and it would be great if some of the pool areas had a shade cloth covering. Food excellent at Goji and Fish Bar. The hotel is around an hours drive away from the airport."
