"Had a shuttle pickup from the airport. They had no shuttle to the pier but did provide info to a provider that did. They also provided their shuttle to take us to and from a restaurant."

"Overall, our bedroom and the breakfast area were clean and well kept. However, the TV remote in our room was a bit sticky when we first used it, indicating that it was not cleaned as much as it should have been. Furthermore, I don't like how the shower stall does not have a sliding door or curtain to prevent water from splashing out onto the bathroom floor. This was my main concern. Ultimately, the shower stalls inside the bathroom should have curtains or doors to cover. Otherwise, I enjoyed this hotel."

"The property was great. The front desk and cleaning staff were great. The customer service in the breakfast Bite restaurant was not inviting or friendly at all. The staff seem unhappy and it showed in their performances and rudeness."
