"The check in was fast and friendly. So close to the aiport and the shuttle was quick and friendly . An older hotel but renovayed beautifully. We will stay again of flying out of Seatac. "

"I was traveling just for a weekend. The first night my sibling woke up because they felt itchiness. We found a bed bug on their bed. I had requested a room change. The receptionist was very nice and helped me out with it. But told me another room wouldn’t be ready until past 11am. Which was fine, I went sight seeing and when coming back later on the day. They changed my room. During that process not sure if it was an owner or a manger who requested to see the bed bug. I showed him the picture I took THAT morning. He wanted to proceed to tell me it wasn’t a bed bug. My sibling now had multiple hives thought out their body. "

"They were very very busy, but managed it well. I didn’t wait long for anything, even though it appeared they were full. Staff was hustling, but friendly, knew what they were doing, and didn’t seem miserable or overwhelmed and stressed out. Room was clean and large and well appointed for an airport hotel."

"There was no internet at all. Rooms very filthy carpet and bad bugs. Do not go to sleep on that hotel you bring those bad bugs at your house."

"The room I booked on this site wasn't the room I was given at the hotel. I booked a double room with a queen bed fridge and microwave. Unfortunately I was given a room with one single bed no fridge and no microwave. Then go upgrade it to have 2 beds I was asked to pay another $6.50 . I payed a total of $127. "
