"I was there for three nights and had no issues. Staff were very polite, the rooms/bathrooms were clean and the hotel itself is in a good location. I would say, however, that I was by myself and the room could be slightly cramped if two people (even though double bed was comfortable). Would recommend if you’re looking for mid-budget hotels."

It is rare to find such spacious and comfortable accommodations, and it made the trip that much more relaxing. The staff was truly the highlight of the experience. They are hands down some of the best I have ever encountered. Whether I needed help with directions around the city or advice on finding the best local restaurant in town, they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I am already looking forward to my next trip to Florence, and I won't be looking anywhere else. I will only be staying here!"

"Superb stay at gorgeous historic hotel in Florence! Interior decor is fabulous, bed extremely comfortable, interesting modern art throughout the hotel. Staff were lovely, welcoming and helpful with suggestions of things to do and where to eat. Also incredible location steps away from Duomo and Ponte Vecchio. I would 100% stay here again! "
