"what I didn't like was the fact that you needed to take the elevator to the pool area. the winding stairs which leads you to the out door pool or back in side the hotel was closed due to the rain. I have claustrophobia. In case of an emergency stair well should always be available. "

"The Hyatt House is a great place to stay! It’s located very close to the T-Mobile Center, and Condados beach. They have a shuttle that runs daily from 9 am to 5:30 pm that takes you to old San Juan, a beach and the T-Miobile Center. Ubers are also readily available during the day and very reasonable. This hotel is super clean. Has a great breakfast and has staff that are very friendly and always ready to help! Will stay again! "

I especially appreciated the kindness of all the staff, every single person who helped us was warm and friendly from check in to check out. Needless to say the hotel is clean, safe, and meets all the minimum requirements but they go above and beyond with the little things like the towel service, complimentary snacks and champagne in the rooms, attention to detail in everything. They were extremely kind and accommodating. It is by far one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed and my experience on the island was equally as wonderful. I would highly recommend to everyone."
