« The Owner was very nice, we stay the 1st week of March on a Sunday. - we were in Florence for a family baby shower. Quiet this time of year because summer hours have not started yet for many businesses. We had fun using the recreation room - 1st time I've played foosball in approx. 50 years. « Kos grove cottage was a perfect location and home for 4 girlfriends celebrating many years of friendship. Our hostess, Heather, was very helpful! « Everyone was friendly. Called ahead to check amenities to which I was very mislead. Reservation fee was removed for inconvenience.Rooms are very tight and not enough room for storage. Closet is in bathroom?!. Large amounts of light comes in through bathroom door, entry door and through all windows making room very bright at night. My bed was extremely saggy. After the 1st night I realized my bed had a broken box spring which I told front desk. I asked if maintenance could swtich out the box...

« This hotel is adorable, and there is so much to do! My only complaint was with the cleaning crew, who seemed to have missed our room; the complimentary water bottles were missing when we arrived, and there were a few small piles of dirt in the corners. Not to mention pine needles all over the patio. »
