I needed a place to stay for the night to see an event at Levi’s Stadium. I’ve never booked with Sonesta but it was fairly close to the stadium. The staff were friendly and outgoing . The room I stayed in was very clean and accommodating . I enjoyed my experience and plan to book in the future if I stay in the area.

Never could figure out how to operate the shower in the morning. No live person answered phone for help. Had to bathe & WASH HAIR IN BATHTUB as had a prolong dental appointment in morning. NEVER take bath at home.
Took forever, 1/2 hour or so to get reception on TV. Had to maneuver buttons in back of it to finally get the “Menu”. Mattress was very soft, but slept OK, back was little sore in morning.
It was in some kind of mode that makes it very difficult to get the “Menu” to just start it. No Kleenex tissue. EVERYONE has Kleenex, even if the texture is not to your liking. Had to go out to buy some. Only one face cloth & one wash cloth ?? Room has 2 beds for two persons. Had to call office for more, however they did furnish them promptly. Good points: room was clean, area was quiet.
