The room was excellent with a spectacular view of the sea and birds chirping. There was no problem with the internet, but there were times when there was no signal. Overall, I recommend everyone to stay, and the employees treat customers with the same level of class as the customers treat them." Broken windows , broken terrace , no island view, no lock on balcony door in room , no drinks,no food besides breakfast that is eggs , chicken hot dog and bread . The food menu they give you and then tell you they don’t have it . They advertise free shuttle but then ask you to pay for it and taxes each night on arrival . Then they asked again on departure and finally did take me to airport free after a struggle with management . The roof has trash and junk. The surrounding premise has the same . There are bugs in rooms. No hot water at all . No way to do laundry. You will wash by hand and hang on lawn chair to dry . This place is very trashy. Nothing like you see here . It’s fake photos . Be warned and stay elsewhere. The housekeeper male was the only one who tried to help. The rest seemed like wanted to extort tourists . The locals said the police are aware of them and they have done to many traveling . The entire staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Their organization and quick responses made my experience stress-free. A special thanks to Shariq, who was a standout during my visit. He was extremely easy to reach, always available to provide recommendations, answer any question, and offer assistance whenever needed. He organized a fantastic turtle and shark excursion that truly enhanced my trip. I absolutely loved the place and can’t wait to return!" I cannot say enough about the staff at Veli. They were all so attentive to our needs and did everything in their capabilities to keep us happy. I really appreciated the management cocktail party because it gave us a chance to meet everyone who makes Veli such a wonderful experience. Loved Rifau, Prem, Ruth, and all the others who made our experience possible.
