Lovely holiday villa. Pool and beach

Sleeps 10. 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with private swimming pool, barbecue area and lots of terrace area for both sunbathing and relaxing on. Fully fitted kitchen. TV. Air conditioning (hot / cold) in all bedrooms. 2 min. walking from the beach. Parking.


The villa, and the most of the houses in the area, were originally designed by egiptian architects. After some years we made some reforms in the order to make it more confortable and spacious but conserving the original style of the white houses of north africa, Ibiza and Formentera. We also add some touches of the Majorcan building materials as the stone-linded walls that make the place more cozy. The inside is full of light due to the large windows and skylights wich gives a very pleasant open atmosphere crossed by a bare chimney in the center of the living room.

A 200m de la calanque Cala Serena, une maison de 5 chambres très propre et bien équipée loin de l'agitation touristique. Bel endroit de vacances en famille. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Tres jolie cilla bien équipée dans un quartier très agréable

La villa est très bien localisée, dans un magnifique petit quartier résidentiel, proche de petites criques et de toutes les commodites, mais les plus belles croques sont accessibles en 5 à 15 mn de voiture. La maison est parfaitement propre et très bien équipée pour un séjour de 8-10 personnes. Merci pour ce joli séjour.

Lovely house for a group of friends with one baby. The pool and garden were excellent. The house was clean and the bedrooms spacious. The covered outside area was useful on a rainy day. Very close to the beach and a short walk to shops and restaurants. Very responsive hosts.

Gorgeous Villa.

We had a fantastic stay and absolutely loved the villa. Hosts were very friendly and great communication. Each bedroom was lovely, nothing felt cramped. The kitchen was well equipped. The external areas are fantastic. Pictures do not do it justice. Lovely beach, Cala Serena nearby. Cala Ferrera/ Cala D’or resorts are about 15 minutes walk away. Local supermarkets fine for quick top up shop, but need to head to the marina (35minute walk) to buy anything like meat for BBQing.

Great location, charming house and lovely pool!

Charming family Spanish style house in a very quiet and lovely area. Very convenient for everything, there's a small but pretty and lovely quiet beach 2 mins walking around the corner. A really good Mallorcan restaurant 5 minutes walk away which we used a lot, near a supermarket which is good for everyday needs, although you'll need to drive a couple of minutes for fresh fish and meat but the shop nearby has everything else.The huge attraciton of the house i htink is for winter, the charming Mallorcan style living room - which is very nice, adorned with artwork by the owner's daugher. And in summer the highlight which we really enjoyed is the outdoor space with is really really charming - a pool with lovely mature trees overlooking and plenty of sunbeds plus a lovely big table and BBQ space for all your eating al fresco. We took all our meals outside and by the end of the holiday felt like it was our own villa. Really enjoyed our stay.Added bonus is tha the owner has provided deep cushioned toppers for the sunbeds so they were incredibly comfortable and lots of snoozing and reading took place. The pool although not massive is a good size I think for a family and is very well maintained plus has sun and shade in different areas making it possible to swim throuhout the day.The owners were very good communication wise and really pleasant to deal with I can recommend.

Waanzinnig verblijf

Het is werkelijk een prachtig huis, beetje verouderd maar dat heeft zijn charmes juist. De locatie is werkelijk fantastisch, dicht bij cala serena. Echt fantastisch.

Cozy spacious house in a quiet location

Great house for larger groups, five bedrooms and a sizeable kitchen that can essily accommodate 6-8 people. Location is very tranquil, yet only a short 10-minute walk from shops and restaurants.

Lovely relaxing holiday in well stocked villa!

Air conditioning in all bedrooms was essential! Lovely pool area and barbecue area. The kitchen was well stocked to meet all our needs, 2 minute walk from the beach. Address incorrectly given on website which resulted in delays getting there and back as the pre booked taxis couldn’t find the place- only thing that let it down a bit.

Perfekter Urlaub für die Familie

Wir haben es sehr genossen in dieser großzügigen und ruhigen Finca unseren Urlaub zu verbringen. Sehr schön im mallorquinischer Stil gehalten. Der Pool war unersetzlich. Auch die Gegend ein Traum. Sehr strandnah und ruhig gelegen. Gerne wieder !!!

lovely place very friendly and helpful owners

we were a group of 8 and booked the villa for a week. the property is very clean and has a great pool area. the kitchen was well equipped - we havent missed a single thing. you can reach a wonderful restaurant and small beaches within minutes to walk. 10/10, highly recommended!

Lovely Villa close to the beach

For us it was the perfect short vacation. We really enjoyed the outdoor cooking area (BBQ & Pizza oven) which we used every night. Being so close to a nice little beach which was not overcrowded was a big plus. And of course the communication with the hosts was great. Easy to contact and all questions were answered within minutes.

Tolles Haus in Schöner Umgebung

we had a great stay here. The finca Was really clean and the Pool were really nice. Its a peaceful Area and its just a 2 Minute Walk to a nice beach. The owner was really Kind and replied back really fast when we had questions. I would highly recommend this finca.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Cala Serena war sehr schön. Das Haus ist sauber und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist sehr zuvorkommend und auf Wünsche wurde sofort reagiert. Alles in allem, war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Toller Urlaub trotz Corona

Das Haus ist super gelegen. Nur knapp 200 m von einer kleinen Badebucht entfernt. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat immer innerhalb kürzester Zeit auf Anfragen reagiert. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: die Pumpe für die WC-Spülung war nachts etwas laut.

We were two families of four and all had a fantastic holiday. The house was large enough to not feel crowded. The pool area provided sun and shade which catered for all our tastes. Agnes was fantastic and dealt with any queries promptly. The villa was in a quiet residential area only a few minutes walk from the beach. The only thing I would change about this villa would be to update the bathrooms, other than that I would highly recommend.

Truly Amazing

I can't recommend this property and the location enough. It has everything you want for a villa holiday in Majorca. The house is lovely and spacious and the pool area just the right mixture of sun and shade. The beach is a 3 min easy walk and it is a beautiful little sandy tranquil paradise with crystal clear water. The owners Agnes and Andres are truly wonderful people who were really helpful and generous with their time and dealing with all our questions. I highly recommend this villa and Majorca.
