Relax in the extensive well-kept gardensurrounding the villa, which includes a private poolsurrounded by orange trees and palm trees. Here, you’ll find the perfect place to enjoy the sun on a sunbed or in the comfortable cushions by the pool. The spacious shaded terrace, adorned with vibrant purple bougainvillea, is ideal for resting or playing a fun game of table tennis. This space is designed to offer you a relaxing vacationin nature with 100% privacy, perfect for a family getaway or a special celebration for up to 50/70 people.   
  
The villa also features a cozy outdoor kitchenmade of stone, equipped with a grill and a large dining table, creating the perfect nook to enjoy delicious meals on beautiful, warm summer evenings.   
  
Inside the Villa Josefina, you will be welcomed by elegant rustic wooden furniturecombined with bright white accents. Elegant archesconnect the different spaces, providing a sense of spaciousness and comfort. From the entrance, an attractive spiral staircaseleads to the tower, where you will find one of the double bedroomswith a private bathroom.   
  
On the ground floor, the villa boasts a cozy living roomequipped with a fireplace and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for family enjoyment. This room connects to a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, decorated in white tones with a small table that serves perfectly as a storage tray or for a light breakfast. The dining room, with its large wooden table, invites you to share delicious meals.   
  
On this floor, you will also find one of the bathrooms with a shower, a guest toilet, and three additional double bedrooms, all tastefully decorated, combining the old and the new. The practical built-in wardrobes provide ample space for your holiday luggage.   
  
In relation to the main building, there are two additional bedroomsin a separate building, each with its own bathroom and independent entrance, making it an ideal choice for family or friends' vacations.   
  
Located in the southeast of Mallorca, Villa Josefinaoffers wonderful views of the surrounding hills and the Puig de Sant Salvador, standing 500 meters high, crowned by its famous monastery. Just a 5-minute drive from the thriving village of Felanitx, which has supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants, you will be close to all the amenities needed for a perfect vacation. Moreover, the stunning beaches of Cala Murada, Cala Tropicana, and Cala Marçalin Porto Colomare less than 13 km away.
