We were able to walk to the pier for our embarkation day. The communication was great previous arriving day. Once in the location, I never heard from the owner again. I texted when arrived and once on the ship once gone. I got no responses, nor the code for the door so we could get in the building. I would still rent again."

"We were impressed with the apartment when we went to visit on the first day, however since my daughter was 33 weeks pregnant at the time she could not make it up and down the older steep stairs very easily. We were not able to stay even for one night, but were given a 50% refund minus the fees even though we could not cancel until after our first booking day. "Beautiful hotel in a great location. Check-in was quick and easy. We arrived early, but the friendly staff allowed us to check-in and we were in our room in less than 10 minutes. The room was quiet and clean. We traveled with our teenage son, so the suite we were in had a door to separate our bedroom from the living room which was much appreciated. The pull-out couch bed could stand to be replaced. The mattress was tilted and lumpy. The air conditioner in the living room also rattled when on. Other than those two small issues, we loved this hotel and will definitely be back. "
