« Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere. The property was in need of a deep clean and repair and I pointed this out to the host. I found a used eyelash in the upstairs bathroom, long black hair and likely pubic hair in tub. I spent two hours cleaning with my own supplies and ultimately the host was extremely rude, didn’t want to compensate me for any of my time spent cleaning and cancelled my reservation, effective the following day at 1pm.
