"Everything was fairly good. Only issue I had was the toilet was acting funny the whole time. On my last night I noticed water shooting through the top where the lid is. I lifted it to see if I could stop it and it sprayed me in the face. I called the front desk and they sent the guy to fix it. $hit happens literally. Other than that we had an okay stay."

"A great little motel just far enough from the bustle to be quieter and affordable, but still within just a few minutes' walk/bike ride from everything. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room had everything we needed. Breakfast was a bit chaotic, but that's because it ended rather early, and half the guests showed up at once, 5 minutes before the end. There's a great Mexican restaurant across the street. Would certainly come back here! Perfect budget accommodations."

"Downloaded IOS GWL app and it was basically useless. Remote check was disabled. tried ordering food through app and it did not work. asked for separate login account. Also crashed phone and lost reservation info. Skip app until the bugs are worked out. GWL in Ontario in decent condition but could use a deep clean and repaint on the slides. AC did not cool room until the next morning, not strong enough. Food prices surprisingly reasonable! Had a great time overall, just could use a few fixes."

"Loved, loved, loved our room with a view of the falls! Well worth the price to have this amazing view and location! We used the valet parking, easy peasy. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. If we come back to Niagra Falls in the future, I'm sure we will stay here again."
