« Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very welcoming, informative and helpful. Crystal and Tammy went above and beyond to make our short stay comfortable. Tammy ordered us 2 Ubers (5 adults' w/luggage)to get us to the airport at 530 am. This was paid by the hotel! I understand they have a shuttle too. I used to travel for work, and this room is what I dreamed of. Nice desk! I loved the restaurant, bar and comfortable lobby area. The hotel is on the far side of the airport. »

"Séjour de transit entre le parc national glacier et Seattle nous nous sommes arrêtés à Spokane. De prime abord pas de soucis mais dans les petites lignes, parking payant (aucune information à l’accueil), petit déjeuner « inclus » qui s’avère en fait être un coupon pour le restaurant partenaire situé en face. Nous n’avons eu qu’un seul coupon pour deux et qui ne prenait pas en compte de boissons donc obligé de rajouter 15 dollars pour ce petit déjeuner inclus dans la prestation. "
