"This hotel served our needs perfectly. It was clean, safe, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The only thing of note was that the water in the shower drained slowly so we were showering in about an inch and a half of water."

"This is the best place I have ever stayed at when I got my room it was very nice and nite clean and the service there was great if and when I come back to Fairbanks AK I am coming back here to stay again,I rate this place a 5 star and if I could go higher I would but it's a 10 out of 10 for me......."

"I loved having our cottage next to the River wonderful view. However the lock on the inside of the room doesn’t lock so while we were inside staff was able to access the room 3 times before check time. I realize the resort was closing for the season. But we had asked for late check out which was told 12. We did check out by 11 to accommodate there wishes."
