« The front desk person (I believe her name was Heather) was incredibly friendly and helpful! I also really liked the ability to txt the front desk. I was upset with the cleanliness though. There was hair in my shower and on the bathroom floor. It was also pretty dusty in the microwave and fridge area. Overall it was fine but I would note it’s not the cleanest »

« Spa was nice average cleaning »

« Clean room staff, was very nice and the breakfast was great »

« Property was fairly rundown and there was a big truck stop right across the road so it was noisy »

« Staff was very friendly, helpful. Rooms not very well maintained. Not very clean. Breakfast was not really breakfast. Lobby area too small. »

« Room was basic but very clean. Breakfast was very busy and could have had more options. Closes very early at 9. However it was very delicious and we were able to eat before hitting the road. »

« Nice location but other things pretty disappointing, Our room, the bed was located right by the door. Noise was right there so it felt like I was laying out in the hallway. There was a wedding and reception which was going to be noisy (understandable) but 11 pm kids running up and down the hallway screaming and slamming doors. I called the place from my cell phone and asked if that was part of the experience I was supposed to have. No apology from him. I did not call angry, I was very polite....

« Shower was hot but tub was so slippery it was hard to stand. Broken fitness equipment was dangerous to use. Hot breakfast but the coffee machine was broken. Direct tv service but the tv was plugged into the desk lamp, not the wall outlet. We regret staying there. »

« It’s a nice place to get a room »

« Hotel pratique si l'on doit rester sur Iola. Sinon pas grand chose a Iola »

« BEAUTIFUL, charming space! Hands down, a much more quiet and affordable option than a room at the nearby Elms. Safe, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Would absolutely stay again! »

« Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, nice selection of warm food. Coffee excellent. Available all the time. Close to a lot of restaurant choices, some walkable. A bit of an unusual odor not offensive, just unsure what it was. Nice pool, didn't use. »

« Cozy house near downtown/The Elms. Clean, comfortable beds, perfect for a sister weekend get away. »
