« Hôtel idéalement situé à une minute à pied du centre ville de Boston. Parking facile d'accès. Chambre propre,avec une bouteille d'eau offerte. Un hôtel de cette catégorie pourrait proposer de quoi faire bouillir de l'eau pour un thé ou un café. Pas pris de repas sur place mais les salles semblent coquettes et agréables. Personnel d'accueil très sympathique et au petit soin. »

« Cleaning left a lot to be desired. Windows were filthy inside and out. Carpet smelt of foist. Kitchen was ok after I had cleaned it. The shower was dangerous. It went from cold to scalding hot. Because the cubicle was small I couldn’t get out fast enough so scalded my arm. No warm water to wash in the bathroom sink. The door to the inside of the flat opened outwards so was very close to the top step. »

« The room opens directly onto the carpark, which was great as it made it easy to unload/load the car, also we could keep the door open so cool down the room (it was hot when we stayed). The staff were friendly and helpfully. Each nigh we were asked to prebook our breakfast, stating what time we wanted it, the following morning the breakfast was waiting for us perfectly cooked. »

« A very clean hotel the staff were extremely helpful, friendly couldn’t do enough for you. The continental breakfast was ample with plenty of choice. The food was also very good for evening meal. The front rooms could be noisy due to traffic. The hotel bar and restaurant is closed on Sunday night. »

« I've stayed here before - and come back. For me, at 88 years of age and no longer driving, it's better than the nearby 4 star Hotel. It's super convenient for my association with the parish church - Boston Stump, Saint Botolph, an easy walk from and to the railway station. Courteous and prompt telephone response for access to the Key Code access (Key Code is changed after visit). Recommended! »
