My wife and son’s asthma kicked in as the place smelled of big spray and toxic cleaner. The furniture was broken and faucet in the bathroom did not work. We could not have been more disappointed."

"I go to Eugene fairly often and this was the1st time I've stayed @ the Courtesy Inn and it was very nice. Rooms are spacious and everything was very clean. A little dated but just what you'd expect from a hotel of this age. Definitely stay here again."
