Property also had underground secure parking which was great for our hire car. Will very likely be back again. Lovely comfortable beds. Very big terrace with good furniture. The beautiful Cristo beach is minutes away. The town is an easy 35 to 40 minute stroll away, lots and lots of fab places to eat. The apartment was comfortable in terms of layout, a great kitchen, 2 good bathrooms, 1 with shower and 1 with bath, 2 bedrooms, of which we used 1. Furthermore, a large balcony with various furniture. All windows and outside doors have roller shutters which dampens the street noise. Other supplies for the beach and other daily necessities are also available. The parking garage under the complex is spacious. However, the sofa was not comfortable and the double mattress needs to be replaced. The balcony needs to be cleaned regularly because pigeons and other birds left their droppings behind. The only things we werenā€™t happy about were the air conditioning unit (which is on its last legs and took up to an hour in the evening to work properly after lots of attempts) and we were disappointed with the pool which doesnā€™t get the sun on it properly until 1pm. We have two young children who had hoped to be in the pool all day but unfortunately that wasnā€™t possible as it was far too cold. ##### Rachel B. Communication was smooth and easy, we were met by Chris on arrival who showed us to our parking spot in the garage and explained how everything worked in the apartment. It was very clean, comfortable beds, good and quiet air conditioning, plenty of kitchen equipment, basic condiments, and with cleaning supplies left for us to use in the week. We appreciated the provisions for our arrival so we didnā€™t need to rush out to the shops, including bread, water, wine! Thank you. The terrace with sea view we spent lots of time on, larger than expected, fully furnished, with the added bonus of beach chairs and umbrellas which we borrowed when heading to the beach, literally 2 mins walk from the back of the property. Easy 5 min walk to the harbour, restaurants and Sunday market and about 15/20 mins walk into the centre of Estapona along the seafront promenade. Dec 11, 2018 #### Marina Bay: The Development was ideally situated and very well maintained and easy access to thepool We have just returned after having two glorious months in EsteponašŸ˜ƒšŸ‘ the apartment was perfect,very well equipped,spacious with a massive terrace giving you fantastic sea views including Gibraltar in the distance, The position of Marina bay could not be better it took us no more than 3 minutes to reach the beach with 2 excellent restaurants, we were 5 minutes walking distance to supermarkets and the port where we spent most days trying out the multitude of numerous restaurants and exploring the Sunday market. In short we had a fantastic stay and would have no hesitation in returning.We met the owners on a couple of occasions who are charming and could not have more obliging if we needed assistance .with anything. ##### John C. Description accurate although the swimming pool was closed despite being told that it would be open. Excellent kitchen provision and very nice welcome pack including wine and beer! One small problem was towards the end of our stay we became aware of an unpleasant odour in the second shower room smelling like a drain. This was rapidly dealt with but recurred by the following day. This should be sorted as we suspect that it might be a recurrent problem ##### Malcolm L. Oct 16, 2017 #### Great property obviously looked after and the owners are proud to own it. (I don't blame them ) We stayed for 1 week, great apartment very well equipt. The sun terrace is fantastic great views across the bay. The area is great only a short walk to beach, marina and two supermarkets, pharmacy etc. Also visited both markets very interesting. The old town of Estepona is a very busy place with streets running up and down - all of which have a great display of flowers, shrubs etc. Andy the owner was very swift to come and help us out when we had a problem. Great apartment, very clean and comfortable, with everything you need available and fully equipped with all kitchen utensils, which is often sadly lacking in other rental apartments. Welcome pack was a very nice touch. Great position for port area and town. We didnā€™t really use the beach as the sea was cold (August) and lots of seaweed and some scum at waters edge, but the pool was warm and pool area was beautifully kept and we swam and chilled there every day at least once. I am a light sleeper and there was some disturbance from traffic noise during the night in the master bedroom, but family in the twin bedroom were not disturbed at all. A lovely comfortable apartment in a great location in which to relax and take refuge from the August heat, and we would definitely come again. ##### Angie C. The apartment is extremely comfortable and well equipped. The newly fitted kitchen is lovely and equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. The two bathrooms are beautiful with great showers and a bath. The beds are very comfortable and there were plenty of bed linens and good quality towels provided. The huge sun terrace was a lovely area to sit and relax or enjoy a meal outdoors. The apartment is located about 5 mins walk from the port where there are numerous restaurants and bars. Every Sunday there is a vibrant market at the port which we visited. A stroll of about 30 mins along the paseo maritimo gets you to you the old town of estepona with its amazingly beautiful narrow streets lined with planted pots and hanging baskets.
