« We were unaware of power outages during a two night stay. If we had known about it at time of booking we would’ve chosen another place. The shower head was leaking big time. Very difficult having water squirting all over the place while taking a shower. Was told by management power was going to be off from 9am-3pm and it didn’t come on till 3:25 and told it would be shut off again from 5-7pm again. We went to dinner and got back to find it still not on and finally came back on 7:20 pm. The...

« I like this hotel location , design of hotel, view from window, and comfortable inside.
Some other near pool women destroyed my car of scratches because do not like when I parked near their car. However, very quant and clean hotel.
Only what I did not like : no people for help in hotel , all was online . »

« The Mermaid’s Pearl was a comfortable fit for my son (19) and me. It is located in a quiet complex with a beautiful view from the balcony. The studio is a perfect size for two people and was very clean. We enjoyed the local restaurant (Sudi’s) and the pool just outside the front door, as well as the short walk to the Safire Beach complex (local coffee shop and eateries on the beach). We also walked into Red Hook which took about 20 minutes. Red Hook is small but has plenty of little shops and...

« The resort property is run down and needs some major attention. The inside of our condo was nice and the view was great. The beach would have been ok had it not been for high winds and sargasm. We never could figure out how to get to the top pool. The resort isn’t easy to navigate. »

« We definitely enjoyed our stay at the condo. Very clean, great location for going into Red Hook and the ferry. Unfortunately we did experience power outages daily throughout our stay, and as beautiful as the view is from the balcony, it was tainted by construction directly in front,,, Of course neither of these were in the control of our host. »

« This was our second time staying at this property and will not be our last. The property was super clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked which made cooking dinners easy. The murphy bed was super comfortable and made it easy to stay with 4 people. The location is a quick walk to the pool and Sudi's. Communication with Lourdes was quick and helpful. »

« The condo was easy to find and check into. It’s noteworthy that it’s on ground level, so someone with mobility issues doesn’t have to carry luggage up or down stairs.
The place was very well equipped with a great bed, lots of towels, folding chairs for the beach and snorkeling equipment.
I would definitely recommend getting a rental car though. Parking was right in front of the condo, so very convenient. The only thing that was an issue for me were the 3 swimming pools, because you had to climb...
