"Overall a great stay!!! friendly front desk, walkable, right on Reforma close to Chapultepec Park, The Castle, Anthropology Museum, The Angel of Independence, etc clean rooms, gym and pool were amazing, bar and restaurants superb, they even have free bikes if you don't want to walk.... just spa needs a little love, no one in the early hours in case you need help or have any questions, water nor basic implements like any other spa; besides that definitely recommended."

"When I arrived around 1p.m. to check in they told me I could not. I later came back and there was a long line of over 20 people, It took over 1.5 hours just to check in. Needless to say, the staff was very rude and unprofessional. I was not expecting much after this process."

"Room was a good size, staff at front desk were a bit rude. I informed the staff about the shower in my room leaking water causing the bathroom floor to flood every time it turned on. We weren’t offered to change rooms but were given towels to put on the floor. Construction was being done the whole time during our stay and was very noisy. Other than that, the place was very clean & located near lots of shops and restaurants! "
