Disclaimer: By accepting this reservation, you are holding the owner harmless from any accidents or injury on the property, or any accidents or injury from hot tub/pool/fire pit.   
  
No children are to be left unattended in or by the pool at all times.   
  
This is a residential neighborhood and we expect our guests to respect their surroundings.   
  
Please be advised that the noise ordinance in this area is from 9pm-9am.   
No music in backyard at all times.   
  
Again, this is a family friendly neighborhood and we have to respect those around us, music will echo to other neighbors yards and there will be a fine.   
  
POOL/SPA  
It is optional to heat the pool.  
If you want the pool heated, we have a 3-day minimum.  
  
There is an additional fee to heat the pool.  
Prices vary depending on the time of year.   
Oct-March: $150 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.  
April-May: $125 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.  
June and Sept: $100 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.  
July and Aug: $75 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.  
(you most likely won't need the pool heated in July and August. The pool temperature is warm and usually in the low to mid 80's).  
  
Please Note:  
We don't heat the pool past 85 degrees.  
Pool temp can vary depending on weather conditions.  
We can make an exception however it does cost more.  
  
Tampering with the pool heat or accidentally turning it on will have a $150 per day fee.  
PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE POOL EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE.  
It will disable the system causing nothing to work.  
  
Please note: It is common to see debris at times in the pool.  
The pool vacuum will grab it or you can use the skimmer if you want to manually do it.  
  
You cannot heat the pool and the spa at the same time.  
We first heat the pool to temp then you can turn on/off the spa when needed.  
  
The spa is free however when you're not using it, it needs to be shut off so the pool can filter. It's also on a 1hr 30 min timer. Hot tub heater must be turned off after use and overnight.  
  
Pool Vacuum must stay in the pool at all times. It may not be removed or disconnected whatsoever otherwise the pool equipment will get air and need to be replaced. Guests will be responsible for replacement if left unplugged or out of pool.   
  
Pool Vacuum-Please Note:  
Do not take the pool vacuum out of the pool (That includes part of the hose or the whole thing). Doing so will damage the pool equipment!!  
If it happens, we may not be able to fix during your stay. This information is also in the house rules section. If the pool vacuum gets disconnected, please submerge under water to get out the air bubbles before you reconnect.

We are a smoke free home, this also includes the backyard. This includes vaping and marijuana.   
  
We do not allow ANY parties or events at any time.   
  
Guests listed in the booking are the only guests permitted on the property at all times. NO additional guests permitted.   
  
We do not allow any pets in the home due to severe allergies, this also includes any service or emotional support animals. Due to severe allergies we are unable to accommodate.   
  
Green bins are only for landscaping. There is a $500 fine for throwing trash in the green bins or recycling bins.  
  
PLEASE NOTE:  
There are a few days of the year that we don’t allow check -ins and check- outs. These specific dates are designated as pass through days.

We had such a wonderful stay here. The place was built to host families. We loved the pool and hot tub. The mini golf area was a huge highlight for the kids. The kids also loved the games room with all the activities it provided. We all cooked together in the kitchen and had lots of space for the kids and parents to eat. The bedrooms had lots of beds. We are very happy with our stay and would recommend.

Rented this for our annual family vacation. The home offered end some fun for all ages. Pool table, pool, mini golf, game room. Inside home very clean and tidy met all our needs. Mo was very responsive to any concerns or questions. Visited Children’s museum ten minutes from house which was wonderful for grandchildren five and under and San Diego zoo. Ate at old town Escondido Burger Joint. All very nice. Would recommend this home to others. Check out by 10 am was rough since usually 11 am but we did it. Thank u Mo

Check in process was simple & the owners were very quick to respond. The home had plenty of room for everyone and great amenities! The only drawback was the ice maker didn’t work and the replacement was not really sufficient, but the kitchen and dining areas were great & well stocked! A couple outdoor lounge chairs need to be replaced, but there was plenty seating options available. That said, I would still highly recommend this rental property!

The house is great. It’s really clean and has everything you would need. The outdoor furniture needs some replacement (starting to look a little worn) but the pool area is otherwise really fun for families to spend time outdoors.

#### Amazing house and experience!

Came to visit Escondido with my extended family and this place was by far the best experience we've had in a VRBO or AirBnB. So many things to do with the large game room, putting green, pool, the amenities go on and on. Also it is in a really nice neighborhood with a close distance to the grocery stores, shopping, and Peterson's donuts (a must if you're in town). My family was all compliments and amazement of the place. I'd happily book here again. Thank you!!!

We loved this property. We took our family for spring break and paying the extra money to warm the pool is well worth it. Even though it was a little chilly the kids enjoyed the pool everyday we were there. The property is extremely spacious. Will definitely stay here again!!

Spent two weeks at this beautiful house. There were 7 adults in total. We have vacationed together since the kids were very little. We all agreed this was on of our best and most relaxing vacations ever.Mo was very responsive to our questions. The location was amazing. Plenty of space for all of us to spread out and relax. Hot tub and pool were nice and warm. Pool table got extensive use.Highly recommend this property. 14 thumbs up from our crew.

We stayed the weekend for our daughter’s wedding at Rancho Guejito. Amazing house in a great location. Host was super quick to respond if I had any questions. Sad we didn’t get to use all the amenities because we were so busy! They all looked so fun! Thanks again for an amazing stay!

Great place to just hang out. From the game room in the garage to the pool/hot tub/putting green out back. Kitchen was well stocked as we prepared several meals (including the grill). Home was clean and well maintained. Would definitely book again.

#### Fantastic find in Escondido!

Absolutely loved this house! Stayed here with my sister and our families. Younger kiddos and teens enjoyed the pool table, game room and especially the outdoor pool area. The house was clean and so welcoming! We felt right at home as soon as we walked in the door. Quiet neighborhood that’s close to so many stores and restaurants. Also about a 30-40 minute drive to La Jolla, San Diego area and local beaches which was so convenient! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

#### Perfect Mansion for Staycation

Three families of three each, total nine of us stayed there and it was beyond our expectation. The whole house was super clean and comfortable. The spacious layout, the well-equipped open kitchen, comfy beds, thick and soft towels, a TV in every room including the big screen in the living room, a nicely maintained pool table and game room stuff, the stunning pool, the big backyard with plenty seating...I can go on and on. We'll be back!

#### Escondido, CA Family Vacation Home

The owners/management for this Escondido property were extremely responsive. Two examples of this were when the pool level needed a bit more water, someone came out within a half hour and put more water in it. Then one morning when the coffee maker was malfunctioning and stopped brewing, that same day a new one was delivered to the house. This was an excellent house! It had everything that we needed and well exceeded our expectations. The pool was very clean and well maintained. There was a great barbecue grill center containing the necessary grilling tools, and there was a fun gas powered fire pit to keep us cozy around a warm campfire-like atmosphere on the chilly Escondido evenings. The bathrooms were all equipped with soaps and shampoos and all the towels and washcloths we needed. Overall the house was excellent and super clean. It was the perfect family vacation. All the fun was right there: Corn hole game, a mini putt putt course, and pool and hot tub out outside. Inside the garage was an arcade with basketball, foosball, and air hockey. The kids and adults enjoyed it all. Our kids and grandkids never said “I’m bored”. It had everything you need for a fun family vacation. Overall a most excellent experience!
