"Very clean, staff friendly. Surprised by $11/night parking fee & even more surprised by the $22 charge on my card! I arrived at 9:30 pm & left next day at 6am. (One night stay) but was charged $22 because, I guess, I checked in one day and checked out on the 2nd day. I had no time or energy to fight this charge because it is an independent company that manages the parking fee. I won’t be staying at this hotel again. "

"New hotel. Great check-in; we received a room upgrade which I never get, so felt like we won the lottery. Drinks and dinner in the lobby bar were good. Free shuttle to/from DIA, every 30 minutes. Convenient to light rail station which we ended up using since we were running late for our flight and the trains run every 15min."

"Room was clean. Was surprised by the $65/night charge to park as most places include that with your purchase being as much as I paid for the room. Additionally, I went to go enjoy the pool which they advertised openly in their photos. Upon my arrival I found the pool under construction. Upon further review of the tiny print, they mention it’s closed but it should be advertised to be under construction better and not hidden. Additionally, I went to cut my trip short due to all this and then they informed me I couldnt get a refund on the nights I wasn’t going to stay. And they had a high deposit of $250 as well. I won’t stay here again and don’t recommend it as they’ve done nothing to compensate this experience except take my money and turn away. "

"Booked same room on Hotels.com for 2 night stay. Was told we would have to move rooms at check in. Team figured out how to solve through an upgrade, thankfully. Room was beautiful, view of city was wonderful. Easy walk home from Ball arena. "
