"O estacionamento só está disponível para quem fecha diretamente com eles. O café da manhã é simples,mas muito bom. O quarto disponível era uma kit net, cheirava mofo e nao tinha janela,porém trocaram após a minha solicitação, o outro que fomos alocados é excelente,cama confortável e espaçoso. "

"Great place. Excellent value for money. The staff was extremely kind and attentive. The pool was great and comfortable, a perfect place to spend some time after a day at the beach. The breakfast was tasty and there were a variety of options (fruit, tostado, cake, juice, coffee, eggs). The location was perfect, close to the beach and restaurants but still quiet and with a great view (my room had a view to a lot of trees). The I definitely recommend it"

"stayed 5 nights at this hotel. Way to over priced for what your receive in hotel standard and facilities. Poor customer service from staff. rooms not of high quality and uncomfortable bed. Over charged on check out where another guests charges where billed to my account. I would not stay here again. Much improvement required for this price point and I would really advise anyone thinking of booking this hotel to definitely book else where. The pictures paint one vision in reality it's something else. There is no shortage of other good places to stay in Ubatuba. Don't waste your money."
