This perfect beachfront, fully remodeled (2013) twin-home has private stairway access to the beach, a pool, spa, and a tennis court. Here you are just minutes away from the famous Grandview Beach, known for the best white sand and surf in this area.

When you wish to relax after your day’s adventures your expansive private oceanfront deck, with lounge and conversational seating areas, beckons you to rest, BBQ, and dine al fresco under an umbrella gazing at the ocean and the salty breezes.

Enter and find yourself in this 2000+ sq. ft. 3-bedroom, 3-bath, 2-story home (with 3 half levels) located on the edge of the ocean in Encinitas with 22' high ceilings and 11' folding doors that have see-through remote controlled sunscreens.

Walk into warmth and luxury that will immediately envelop your senses when you step into the bright and cheery living room that gives you an instant feeling of bliss. With a large recessed flat screen TV and a limestone gas fireplace, you can truly enjoy indoor/outdoor living.

The ultra modern kitchen is perfect for anyone who wants to cook or help with food prep as it has everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires. With sleek stone finishes, stainless steel appliances and chic cabinetry, there is plenty of counter space for a large buffet style dinner or using the elegant dining table to seat 6.

The queen master bedroom is on the 2nd floor with a private en suite bath, an oversized closet, and a desk and reading area. There is a large 50 flat screen TV and a modern comfortable sofa too. The master bath has elegant appointments and amenities and a large walk-in shower.

Imagine having a choice of master bedrooms because there is also a cheery 2nd master bedroom located on the lower level with vista view of the ocean and crashing surf to lull you to sleep. It also has an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower.

The 3rd bedroom is a queen bedroom located off the front of the home. It doubles as a den with comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV as well. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the closet of this bedroom.

Additional amenities include air conditioning, 2 garage parking spaces, and 1 driveway parking space. WIFI and cable are also provided.

Walk on the beach and watch - or be - a surfer riding the waves. Every day and night this unobstructed view gives you a beautiful natural show. During the day you may also see boats, dolphins, and whales.

We come to California every year for Thanksgiving be with our family. This spot makes it perfect! There were 3 bedrooms and baths, a well stocked kitchen and an amazing outdoor deck where we spent most of our time enjoying the spectacular ocean view! We can’t wait until our next visit!

The unit had one master suit that was awesome!! The secondary bedrooms had small uncomfortable beds!! 2 couples , with one very happy in the master suit, and second couple compromised with very small bed for adults and not very comfortable!! The bathroom off the small secondary bedroom had one sink and hardly any counter space!! The kitchen and main room were great!!! Tough for internet consistency. The area seemed too many units for the service!! Loved the area tremendously!! Great location to walk to town and along the houses on the seaside!! The number of great restaurants was amazing!! And great coffee shops!! Walkability to beaches was also awesome!!! They have updated some main area features , which we loved!! A couple with kids would fit well!! Secondary bedroom was disappointing. We checked out early because the small uncomfortable bed was so uncomfortable!! Couple who got the main master…. Loved it!!!!

The property was even more beautiful and spacious than the listing. We loved watching the dolphins from the beautiful deck, playing tennis, and swimming in the heated pool. Encinitas is a great place to stay - easy access to all the coastal towns and a short drive to San Diego. We had so much fun!

The views of the peoperty are rare. The furnishings modern and minimal (in a good way). We loved the quietness of the neighborhood and the location. We were sad to keave and hope to be back.

The condo is great and just about anyone would be happy with it. It could use a little maintenance for the price. Some of the drains were clogged/slow, and the main tv is a little on the Fritz. Minor things compared to the epic view and ocean sounds!

The property is ocean front with an amazing deck, lots of seating. We saw the dolphins and surfers every morning. 2 nice big bedrooms and a smaller 3rd all with there own bath. Kitchen was sparse with things to cook with and could use some better pots and pans. Other than that we loved it! Would stay again. Encinitas was quiet community not busy like Carlsbad.
