"Check in time 3:30 pm There is construction all the way down PCH .. not hotel’s fault.. Room has Frig..microwave..stove top The staff is very helpful & Replacing Used items.. very tight parking.. All in All for the Money .. as close to the beach it’s a Great Value..! Jm"

"This is a great house and location for large groups. The hosts were responsive and made it easy to check in and resolve any questions. The main thing to note for people visiting in the hot summer months is that the central air conditioning cannot adequately keep the house and certain rooms cool. Some rooms have individual AC units, and they are great, and others are on the ocean side and get a lot of breeze. But a few rooms don’t have AC (besides the weak central unit) or ocean breeze and just got too hot. It would be a great help to furnish those few rooms with their own AC units to help during the summer months. I would definitely consider returning, as the location and hosting were excellent."

"Fabulous location, walk to beach and restaurants and enjoy the amazing view. House is well furnished and has plenty of room. Hosts are very communicative. So pack your board, ignore the minor imperfections of an older home, and have a great stay here."
