« Adorable home. Cutely decorated, centrally located. There were 3 of us, for a week and it worked perfectly. Plenty of beds, plenty of space. Communication was fast and easy. Would stay again when back in area. Only complaint is needs a good clean. Dishes in cupboard were dirty, found garbage under couch, food on walls. »

« Went to Kansas City for a little family vacation and went to World of Fun and Union Station over the Memorial Day weekend. The house was perfect for our family's needs. « Property at the end of this cul-de-sac worked great for us three brothers and our families to stay for a weekend getaway. Place was clean and as advertised. Updated bathrooms worked well. Location was nice for city day trips and plenty of room for the 13 of us to spread out. Cousins did lots of hide and seek. the pictured chess table was our family jigsaw puzzle table for the weekend. The only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars was that the kitchen was oddly lacking some "normal" items....

« We rented this property to have our Book Club Christmas gathering and sleepover. It was a great space for us, centrally located, clean, and plenty of room for all of us to sleep comfortably. It is on a slightly busy street, but a white noise maker drowned out any loud car sounds at night. Check in, check out was easy and communication with the host was great. The kitchen is fairly well stocked, accept for kitchen towels. We had to use paper towels for drying which felt wasteful. Not a big deal,...

« excellent beds, clean, nice linens negatives no communication with host, no booklet listing food delivery service, how to work tv, ,coffee maker, local businesses. We had no vehicle had to uber every where. Any communication was about a dog and making sure we cleaned up after it HAD NO DOG. Otherwise very nice place »

« Overall we had an amazing stay me and a close friend of mine bought our 6 kids down to see the sights of Kansas City. The bedroom layouts worked really well for us and we were able to fit everyone at the table for meals. We do have some food restrictions in our group so we ate almost all of the meals at the house. The kitchen wasn’t super well stocked and the pans don’t have insulation on the handles so my friend burned her hand a little but not a deal breaker by any means! We had to call to get...
