"The only thing this hotel has going for it is the cute decor and good location. The hotel's website says they have a restaurant and luxurious pillow-top mattresses. The restaurant is closed. Our hard mattress is on my top ten list of worst hotel mattresses. Traffic noise from the street was awful. The water pressure in the shower was like getting sprinkled with a garden watering can. But the worst thing was the toilet that needed plunged repeatedly to get it to flush."

"The Inn was quiet, well kept, and comfortable. The only real restaurant in town belongs to the Inn. Expensive. Service decent. Food unimaginative. There is a small deli. Offerings are limited and a bit pricey. One bar in town. That’s it. No drugstore, grocery store, or any other mercantile establishments. Union Springs is 8 miles up the road. There is a spa (expensive). All in all, a quiet retreat for a few days for an older crowd."

"We just needed a place to lay our heads for a concert. I booked all the rooms for 3 couple. The person at the front desk did not fully understand that I was only paying for my room and charged my card for 2 of the rooms. That messed with my money situation a bit for the weekend. The rest of the stay was good. Another employee recommended a really good local restaurant."

"The room was dirty, with crumbs on the bed and on the floor. There was a strong, unpleasant smell. The hotel is poorly maintained. The air in the room was especially bad, as if the AC filter hadn’t been replaced in a long time. We asked to switch rooms, and although the attendant was very kind and gave us clean sheets, there were no other rooms available. It was already after 10 p.m., and we were exhausted — otherwise, we would have gone to another hotel."
