« The walkway was icy and there was no salt. The basement where the pool table and entertainment movie area was located didn’t seem to be heated. There was a small space heater that was inadequate. The other floors were cold and took awhile to heat up. The fireplace that I was very much looking forward to was not working. I did receive quick response when I had questions. When code I was given to get it didn’t work they responded quickly and provided another code. When I asked about the heat...
