"This property turned out to be ideal for our reason for being in Elephant Butte, the NM Open. We were volunteering and the house was a couple of minutes from our check in point. The house was roomy and accommodated all 5 of us comfortably. Any time we needed anything Diana responded very quickly. The views were great and it was a lot of fun being able to watch the incredible thunderstorms from the big picture windows. We would definitely stay here again."

"After a hard day in the saddle we enjoyed a swim. The hot tub was especially beneficial to relieve lower back aches from 5 hrs on the road. At breakfast I chatted with the pleasant lady who prepped the breakfast bar. She gets there at 5:30 a.m. to make sure guests have a good meal before continuing on their trips. Overall, staff is nice...maybe it is because they work in "The Land of Enchantment" (New Mexico)."

"We were in contact with Teri months before our stay asking questions about the weather and stargazing and she was extremely helpful with all of our questions. The house exceeded our expectations, it is FULLY stocked with spices, cookware, bathroom needs, pillows(great variety in the closet) and blankets. The bed is super comfortable, the A/C works great. The living room and bedroom each have their own. Ceiling fans really move the air around and there is one in every room. There is comfortable outdoor seating on every side of the house including a hammock. We were able to be outside sitting comfortably in the shade at any time of the day. The quiet of this location is incredibly peaceful. This VRBO is amazing! Teri personalized our stay by including a named parking spot, WIFI network, welcome card and a small thoughtful gift(won't tell you what it is, but it is very memorable). She is very responsive to communication and really went above and beyond to make our stay clean, comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you Teri!!"
