"Great price and clean room on the beach with a nice view"

"The breakfast was not great. It was catered toward children and not very tasty for an adult who paid $200+ per night. I also would expect more attention paid to the beach, since this seemed to be big attraction for the families with young kids. No seating available to watch the sunrise or sunset. The private beach could have been so much more beautiful with a little more attention."

"The location was fantastic; you can walk to pretty much anything if you want to. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The first room we received was in poor condition and had several issues (plugs didn't work, fridge went out, bedside table missing, blind broken). We notified the front desk the next day and we were moved to what appeared to be a much nicer (updated) room. Once we moved rooms, we didn't really have any other issues, except that they sink in the new room wouldn't drain. It wasn't a huge issue for us, though, because we were staying a very short time, so we didn't report it. The hotel is older, so I didn't expect it to be pristine, and overall, for the price and location, it was a great place for a short beach getaway."
