« We are in love with Miner's Cabin! At first, it was a little disorienting for us because it was a new area of Placerville that we hadn't experienced. However, it just took about 2 seconds and we fell head over heels. The property is meticulous and the hosts are accommodating yet allow you all the space you need to feel like you're home. The horses and the chickens, are great, but the special little sitting areas and the water lily pond felt like heaven. We can't wait to go back. »

« Our host Colleen goes above and beyond. So kind and thoughtful and respectful. The horse pasture is beautiful and the ranch animals are lovingly cared for. The ranch dog, Jax is so smart and a friendly presence. Can’t say enough about this beautiful place. Some very nice welcoming touches including; scones from a local bakery, fresh farm eggs, evening bon fire, filtered water pitcher, and the king size bed is very comfortable »

« Just the cutest little spot! I found myself wishing I had longer to stay. It was just me and the space was wonderful but it would be comfortable for a couple or two friends or a parent/child. It was peaceful and quiet and absolutely adorable. Comfy bed, thoughtful extras like chargers near the bed & near the couch, coffee pods and creamer cups, coloring books with colored pencils.
