"The room was clean and I like how the television said ‘welcome Claudia’ when I arrived. However, I did encounter bugs in my room which did not make me happy at all. One crawled into the shower with me and had the appearance of a roach but I am not sure because it was wet, and one was kind of ant looking. Another were a couple gnats."
