The room layout itself wasn’t bad and I actually liked that there was a patio area for yourself so I can smoke but the real reason for my negative experience was the roaches I found and there were 4 I killed also the pillows had black dust stains on it and it seems they covered the only outlets by the bed with a draw and if you moved it the roaches would come out overall it’s definitely not the cleanest place but only got it because it’s cheap

This is literally a hotel if you must get something quick and low on money!! It helped with a situation that I needed to house someone and all other places yes nicer but higher price then what i wanted to pay! If I had to choose to go there to house a friend I’d go with the two bedroom it was nicer with a private balcony but again these are very low income hotel rooms ! Tv fridge microwave is in room. But staff is nice easy to communicate with!

Stay Away — The Review I Wish I Had Read If you are traveling with children—or simply expect basic cleanliness—stay somewhere else. We paid nearly $200 per night, and the room was filthy from the moment we arrived. Within minutes, my 5-year-old found pubic hair on the floor around the toilet. I told the front desk, and although they sent someone to clean it, the job was half-hearted and the bathroom still did not feel sanitary. There was also hair in the shower, along with stains on the floors, blankets, and walls. Some of the marks looked like they could have been easily wiped off. Then we found cockroaches throughout the room. Their solution was to offer us another room—as if moving us elsewhere in the same neglected property would suddenly make us feel safe or confident in the cleanliness. We left early. The area outside also felt unsafe, with sketchy people lingering around the property. The motel told us to contact Expedia for a refund for the two unused nights. Expedia contacted them while I was on the phone, but the motel still refused to authorize the refund despite the unsanitary conditions and cockroaches!? This was not about expecting luxury. We expected a clean, safe room. Instead, we lost hundreds of dollars and had to find somewhere else to stay. This is the review I wish I had read before booking.

The staff seemed very welcoming, but the hotel is very rundown and needs remodeling. It was nice that the rooms had microwaves and refrigerators, but it still needs to be renovated. There were also a lot of people wandering around outside at every hour. I didn’t feel safe.

The photos of this property are deceiving. The room smelled horrible, they have homeless people living there, the bed spread had burn holes in it. Did not feel safe staying there. Immediately checked out and found another hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

There were just a horde of bugs on the walls as we came in. Killed a few and they just kept coming. Drywall was peeling off all in and around the bathroom. Immediately was so disgusted I had to leave. Please save your money.

Service sucked. The staff sucked. Everything about the place dirty trashy and disease infected. So bad that I went to get tested after my stay here. I would reather camp out on skid row in LA than to stay there. And on top of that they ripped me off for one night rental.
