« Yes. The owner has two dogs that are seperated from the property. Really friendly and were excited to see my dog. We become friend in just a few hours. Lots of room for my dog to hang out. »

« The home is very nice and as a 14 year VRBO/HOMEAWAY vacation rental owner you will not find a better place to stay. Its an easy 1-2 hour drive to San Miguel Allende and Guanajuato. Lots of history to see. The owner is fabulous to communicate with. »

« The boarding pass or checkin process is pretty great. It’s robust and full of information. However once you’re in you can forget about customer service. I texted both available numbers given for any sort of help and was completely ignored. The remotes did not have batteries. One of the TV’s wasn’t working and I was left to figure things out entirely on my own. The main bedroom shower drain is clogged. It’s pretty gross showering with feet submerged in used soapy water tha should just drain....
