« The condo was ok but it may need a deep cleaning. It has finger print everywhere on cabinet, walls and tv. However, it was great in general. Good communication and service with the owner. »

« It was a private unit therefore the check in had to be with a host and I it was made clear in the reservation at all. I went in and had to wait for a host to come in and check me in. the room windows were not clean as well as the balcony door handlewas broken. The balcony it self was really dirty and I was not able to use it. The apartment it self was okay put together although the towels were stained. »

« The location of the building was excellent, and the unit itself was very nice. The finishes were a little dated, but the rooms were comfortable and had excellent views.My only concern was that the building was often very busy, and at times it was difficult to get an elevator to go up or down to the unit. Additionally, we were provided with two keys for the unit door but only one fob key to access the elevator and garage. This was a significant inconvenience since we were a group of four people,...

« All of the high scores were for the excellent host and quality of the room. However I will say building management is horrible. Elevators either very slow or broken, weed smell throughout the building including people smoking right in front of the entrance. Parked cars blocking access to the building. I would use this host again but never at the Icon. »
