Other than these complaints, the La Quinta Inn was conveniently located and felt safe and quiet. Rooms on the highway side may be prone to traffic noise, however. We were on the quiet side of the building and it was peaceful." It was more like a weighted blanket than something for sleeping. I could barely pull it up or down (and I work out 4 days a week… I’m no weakling). The gym was good. The staff was helpful. Sadly though, I’ll check out someplace else next time I’m in Sarasota."
