### Modern studio for 2 with equipped kitchen and TV in Gourette

Renovated studio of 21 m² facing West, located on the top floor of a residence with elevator in the heart of the Gourette resort.  
The carefully decorated living room has a television, a comfortable sofa bed for two people. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, Senséo coffee maker, toaster, kettle and a dining area.  
You will find in the entrance the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.  
Double heating system: collective in winter + electric.  
Pet fee: 40 euros.  
  
Access to the central terrace of the esplanade du valentin will be prohibited (covered parking works). Access to the residence entrances and shops is possible thanks to a traffic lane.  
  
Tourist tax: current rate / night / person aged 18 and over.  
Possibility of an end-of-rental cleaning from 80 euros.  
Deposit 260 euros.

Nestled in the heart of the Gourette cirque in the Ossau Valley, the ski resort offers you an exceptional panorama at an altitude of over 2450 m. With family or friends, enjoy the 40 slopes suitable for all levels over an altitude of over 1100 meters!  
In summer, come and discover the mountain activities: canyoning, climbing, tree climbing as well as many hikes and walks available to you!  
  
Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival:  
\- End of stay cleaning package STUDIO: €80.  
\- 140 FABRIC SHEETS: €27.  
\- Set of towels: €18.  
\- Pet package: €40.  
\- Baby bed rental: €20.

Super semaine dans un studio très bien rénové et pratique avec tous les éléments de première nécessité à disposition. Le séjour a été très agréable. Petit bémol sur le canapé lit qui grince au moindre mouvement et les remontes d’odeurs des canalisations.
