Enjoy kayaking, jet skiing, boating, fishing, or swimming in the shallow waters surrounding the dock. The closest boat launch is at Oconee Springs Park, five miles away, for a $5 fee. It offers water adventures, rents boats, Jet Skis, and kayaks, and will deliver to Oconee Springs Park for pick up and return. Long Shoals Country Store sells bait; some say it has the best pizza in town! At Crooked Creek Marina, only 16 miles away, you'll find dining with outdoor seating overlooking the lake, boat rentals, a fuel dock, and a ship's store. You will be centrally located in Georgia's Lake Country between downtown Milledgeville, Eatonton, and Greensboro. The location is less than 20 miles from grocery stores and convenient to World Class Golf Courses, including Cuscawilla and Reynolds Plantation. The Ritz Carlton at Lake Oconee is just 22 miles away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
