"The hotel is great no issues with the pool and property. I believe the day shift manager is a little ruff. Perhaps she had a bad day! I was a little early for check in and although the rooms was ready I had to pay an early check in for BOTH my rooms. I reserved two rooms because I brought other people."

"As you pull into property, it doesn’t look as kept as it should. Bushes should be trimmed, grass cut, overgrown a bit so when on road coming from Bryant Universuty, can almost miss entrance due to overgrown tree but other than that, plenty of parking. "

"Third stay here and I love it. Beautiful property, large rooms, great pool, friendly and helpful staff. Had dinner there too. A bit pricey but food was good and service great. Used to be an optical manufacturing plant and has been beautifully repurposed into a lovely hotel. Best place to stay if you are antiquing in Brimfield. Good restaurants close by too."
