The bed sheets in room 5 ( April 9, 2026 ) were NOT replaced prior to our arrival.
When my wife & I were about to get in bed for the night we saw that the sheets contained someones grittiness . Who in the hell wants to crawl into that ?
My wife was disgusted . It's MY WIFE ! We left around 3:00 am on 04/10/26 .
Tried to get a refund but they declined . Chaffee Lodge is a JOKE & so is the long bearded fast talking lobby attendant ( "manager" LoL )

« Everything was incredibly clean, the rooms were spacious, well appointed, and very comfortable, and we really felt like we were at home. « What a unique and memorable stay!
We had such a wonderful stay. My son loved all the farm animals. He was invited to help feed all the animals during the nightly “chores”. This was certainly the highlight of our trip.
I can’t thank the family enough for their hospitality and willingness to allow us to enjoy all their beautiful animals. »
