"Fantastic stay, hotel was in fantastic condition. Love the coffee station including the coffee machine, as well as the pour over coffee stations. I also truly enjoyed the fitness gym amenities."

"We stayed in an Executive Lounge access room on the top floor. We were delighted with our room, the bed was huge and the whole room was spotlessly clean and had a lovely sitting area next to the window. The bathroom had all the amenities you may need and bathrobes and slippers were provided. Drinks in the lounge were lovely and light nibbles were available. We were not disappointed with our choice for our first stop in Japan."

"Overall was a good hotel, however the room was smelly which after bringing it to their attention, they took care of it quickly. The 33rd floor Crude Deck restaurant was awful both service and food quality. First the staff mentioned 3 times that each person need order"

"Fantastic property for a family of 4. We booked adjoining rooms so that we each had a twin bed to sleep in. The pajamas and amenities were a nice added touch. The attendant at the front desk was super helpful."
